We hold our first summer event of our successful wine-dinner series on our
intimate Grill Terrace on the bank of River Danube accompanied by live jazz
music. Our guest will be wine-maker Vilmos Thummerer from Eger, who
personally presents his price-winner wines to the delicacies of
Nebro Fine & Wine Restaurant’s chef, Mr. József Velovics..

- Amouse Bouche – Vegetable Canape
Thummerer Egri Rosé 2009
- Chilled cream of tomato soup with spinach gnocchi
Thummerer Egri Chardonnay barrique 2008
- Smoked sword-fish slices with pine nuts, placed on crunchy bed of salad with lemon vinaigrette
Thummerer Egri Bikavér (Bull’s Blood) 2006
- Venison goulash stew served with forest fruits and potato doughnut
Thummerer Egri Merlot 2006
- Duck leg ripened in honey and raisins, garnished with zucchini enriched pie
Thummerer Egri Syrah 2006
- Tender roasted marinated round of beef stuffed with prunes soaked in cognac, presented with chocolate enhanced black currant sauce
Thummerer Vili Papa Cuvée 2006
Mascarpone enriched cheese cake mignon with cinnamon flavoured vanilla ice cream and chilli seasoned chocolate sauce

Participation fee: 10 900 HUF
